What is your return policy?
Due to hygienic nature of our products, we are unable to accept any returns/exchanges. Therefore orders are all FINAL SALE.
Can I make changes to my order?
Unfortunately, once you’ve placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, as we’ve already started processing your order.
Does SWEET WAHALA ship internationally?
We currently only ship to the US.
When will my order be shipped?
All our orders are shipped on business days. (Monday - Friday)
Processing may take up to 1-3 business workings days, orders will not be shipped or precessed Saturday or Sunday. You’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number once your package is shipped.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Unfortunately, SWEET WAHALA has no control after handing your shipment over to our carriers and is not responsible for lost packages. Please contact [email protected] for additional support or questions.
