WHAT IS RAFFIA?

Raffia is a natural fibre, made from Raffia palm trees. It originates from Africa. As Raffia is natural, it does need extra love and care to keep its shape and quality.

Raffia, is very durable as a material, so if you follow these steps, your product should last you through many summers. Raffia is durable, water resistant, light weight, and timeless.

HOW DO YOU MAINTAIN RAFFIA?

🍍Raffia can become brittle as it is a natural fibre, so remember to keep it safe from too much sun or water.
🍍Store it carefully: Always store in a dust bag to prevent color fading
🍍Store in a cool, dry place
🍍 Keep it out of direct sunlight or from getting wet when not worn
🍍 Using a soft brush, gently wipe away any dust.
🍍Watch out for clothes that rub: color can rub off onto Raffia, so always be careful it doesn’t rub too close.
🍍 To freshen up, take outside to let Raffia air out.
